Tt eSports Ventus Gaming Mouse Review

When it comes down to it the Ventus is a very simple yet very functional mouse. Honestly, for me a mouse if sort of tough to review due to the fact that I am extremely picky when it comes to the shape and feel of the mouse. The Ventus is pretty comfortable for me to use in long sessions. I have been using it for about two weeks on my daily rig, and I would say that not noticing my mouse is a big plus, meaning that when I am using it I can place my hand down on it and go, I don’t have to fiddle with this or that, I don’t have to take the time to place my hand in a particular manner so that it works for me.

The software needed to fully utilize the Ventus is easy to use and the interface is clean. I’m glad to see that the developers over at Tt eSports have started to clean up their interfaces. I know on some past devices the software was clunky to use and not real user friendly.

Some say less is more, and in this case, for me at least, that is fact. A simple yet elegant design makes using this mouse a pleasure. The fact that it is completely symmetric and is ambidextrous is a boon for those lefties out there looking for a decent gaming mouse. Thermaltake didn’t try to make an over the top mouse, they tried to make a mouse that works, that is easy to use, and can be customized a little and in my opinion the Ventus succeeds.
