Tt eSPORTS Cronos Riing RGB 7.1 Headset Review
Tt eSPORTS Cronos Riing RGB 7.1 Software Overview
Speaker
The Tt eSPORTS headset is fairly simple and is separated in three main categories: speakers, microphone and lighting effects. However, the sub-options are accessible only by right clicking the icon which is not immediately and intuitively obvious for most users.
The first three are universal options including volume control, sample rate and the equalizer. The equalizer page lets users select which four presets would go to the quick button slot. By default, the top four for gaming is what is on the slot. Eight other options are available but users will also be able to create their own EQ settings.
The remaining options are Xear exclusive features which add dimension to the audio experience. It is also quite flexible depending on user preference and has plenty of additional options even for more fickle listeners.
Microphone
The microphone setting options are similar, but only have the volume control and sample rate, plus the Xear magic voice plugin. The magic voice presets are more for novelty’s sake and masking the regular voice. These options include: monster, cartoon, male and female.
Lighting Effects
The last page has to do with the LED controls. Users can disable it entirely or select an effect from the drop down. This includes static, pulsating, spectrum, music reactive and several blinking modes. Users have the option of adjust the behaviour speed via a slider as well. As for individual colors, users can use the dropper or the RGB selection.
