Conclusion

Tritton AX51 Gaming Headset (TRIAI-712) (TRIAI-712), AX51, Gaming, Headset, Tritton 1
The Tritton AX51 True 5.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset is one of the top two headsets on my list. Even though the AX51’s like the AXPC’s are a little lacking in the low range area, they make up for it with their style and comfort. I can easily sit down and game endlessly (like at a LAN) without having them bugging me the entire time. The offer great high and mid range sound reproductions. I didn’t notice the rumble feature quite as well with the AX51’s, but as I stated, I think that has more to do with the lack of options offered while using the integrated sound with Vista’s selected drivers. If you find that the AX51’s fit a little loose on your head, you can grasp the upper section at both ends (just above the adjustments) and give them a little tweaking so that they apply a little more pressure to your head. Just don’t overdo it, you don’t want to kink them or break the wire that’s running through there. On the mic end of the scale, the Tritton AX51 Gaming Headset do a great job in both Teamspeak and Skype.
