  The installation process is really going to depend on the purpose the drive is going to perform for you (NAS, Server, Desktop, and so forth). For my installation, we are going to install the drive in one of my desktops to do some basic testing. This entails very little effort and time on my part. I simply snap the drive into the tool-less caddy and slide the caddy into the hard drive rack. I then connected the SATA power and data cables. Now let us see what this thing can do.
