Installation |
Installation of the mouse is just like any other USB product and the software walks you through the setup with multiple screens. You must first make sure that the mouse id connected to the PC. Windows will find it and it can be used at that point, but if you want to be able to use the full-featured and extensive software you will need to install the supplied drivers. Again i remind that the included drivers are for XP and not for Vista you will have to download the newest drivers for that option.
A small icon will appear in your taskbar once the PC has rebooted. This will allow you quick access to the DeathAdders adjustment screens.

I think most Razer stuff is super overrated, but the Deathadder is actually a really nice mouse.
