MSI Prepared for Upcoming AMD “Godavari” APU Release with Refreshed FM2+ Motherboards



An interesting official press release popped-up on the European MSI website today noting the launch of eight FM2+ motherboards that will be ready for AMD’s Godavari APUs. The eight motherboards are of varying form factors from mini-ITX through standard ATX sizes, bearing the traditional MSI-blue color scheme. No word on any red gaming variants so far but those will most likely be available soon as well. All Godavari compatible FM2+ motherboards will also be backwards compatible with FM2 processors and will have PCI-Express Gen 3 x16 support.
