MathMilitary MARPAT Corsair 760T Mod
There are many military themed mods out there but French modder Mathieu “MathMilitary” Delsuc is unique in that he intends to bridge the gap between the rugged military aesthetic with sleek modernity and clean functionality. Using a Corsair 760T full-tower case, Mathieu has built a water-cooled system that is steeped in style inspired by US marine digital camo patterns.

Everyone has a story of what got them into Modding. What or whom got you into Modding? Where do you get inspiration from?
I have always dreamed of modding while watching the mods of sassanou Watermod, Paul Tan, Andreas Brodholm (model 01) and many more! So I say to myself, why not try it? So I started to change my first case which was an Antec LAN Boy Air. My other inspirations come essentially from my military career but also technology in general. I like to create and build pieces that are very refined and clean with no defects.
What are your thoughts behind this particular 760T MARPAT Edition build?
I wanted to make a mod that is very clean and very classy, by adding to my military theme with a camouflage used for marine US ‘MARines PATtern’ or MARPAT. I had an inspiration, and I realized it as best I could.
What do you think was the most difficult part of making the mod? Did it turn out how you thought it would? Is there anything you might have wanted to do different?
The hardest part was finding the right balance between a sleek mod and camouflage theme. I wanted as many people to be inspired and say “wow, I want to mod!” when they see it. The result is absolutely what I expected although I would still like to have had more time to add more details and MORE, MORE, MORE CAMO! LOL!
How much time did you spend on this project and how long did it take to complete? Do you have another project in the shop or in the planning?
It took about 3 months. I’m trying to make my first Scratch Build for Asus France with their new Strix graphics card series that you can follow here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.267313526800385.1073741840.212255972306141&type=3
