Gigabyte S1082 Windows 8 Slate Review

The Gigabyte S1082 comes in very simple packaging. There is not any lavish artwork that adorns the box. The simple design leads me to believe the product will speak for itself. The only artwork is on the front flap of the box and it very simply displays a picture of the S1082 with a short blurb about the product.

 Once you tear into the box and open up the front flap you are presented with a quick start card for the Gigabyte S1082 Windows 8 slate. This is a “down and dirty” overview and hints card. It basically lays out the controls and connections of the Gigabyte S1082 Slate. Tucked under the overview and hints card is the Gigabyte S1082 Windows 8 slate. The S1082 is wrapped in a fabric cloth and includes a screen cloth for cleaning. Gigabyte used vertical packaging to include the rest of the accessories. Under the Slate is the keyboard, CD, and user manual. The power cord is located in the compartment to the right of the Slate.
