Cooler Master Seidon 120v All In One CPU Cooler
A CLOSER LOOK
Included in the box are all the parts that you would need to install the Cooler Master Seidon into your system. Make sure that you read the install guide to make installation easier.
The kit includes a universal back plate, AMD and INTEL mounting brackets, mounting screws, mounting bolts, 4 extra fan/radiator screws and a tube of Cooler Master Thermal Paste.
Radiator dimensions: 154 x 120 x 27mm (1.1 inch thick) made from aluminum.
A thin film cover the CPU block is used to protect the surface from getting scratched. The 12V pump speed operates between 1,400 and 1,600 RPM with a noise level listed at less than 23dBA. The 9.5 mm O.D. corrugated tubing is FEP1 tubing. Feels very sturdy, strong and un-kinkable.
1FEP Definition: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene “FEP” Tubing differs from the typical poly tubing, FEP is poorly soluble in almost all solvents. Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene or FEP is a “Copolymer” of “Hexafluoropropylene” and “Tetrafluoroethylene”. It differs from the “PTFE” “Polytetrafluoroethylene” resins in that it is melt-processible using conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques. FEP has a melting point of 260 °C (500 °F).
The Seidon has a 120 mm PWM fan running between 600 and 2,400 RPM, pushing up to 86.15 CFM of air, noise rating 19 dBA to 40 dBA.
Inside of the CPU block is 2-3mm thick base plate with a 30x30x5mm combed carved copper heat sink. This design is used to allow the liquid to pass through the fins and remove as much heat possible.
