ADATA XPG DDR3 2133 Memory Kit
A Closer Look
The ADATA XPG DDR3 2133 Memory kit is packaged in a standard blister pack. We have seen products packaged in these blister packs for years. They offer decent product protection as well as good visuals while the product is on the shelf. The pack of the package gives details on the lifetime warranty as well as explains that the product meets JEDEC standards.
ADATA has gone with a slightly different design with their high performance memory modules. The ADATA XPG DDR3 2133 Memory kit uses a short heat spreader with machined channels to aid in head dissipation. This also means that you can load your motherboard up and use all four memory slots with the XPG modules as they will fit under most high performance heatsinks, however, there may be a few coolers out there that the modules will not fit under. It is up to the consumer to determine if they will fit or not. Most manufactures have heat spreaders that are roughly twice as tall.
The informational sticker located on the ADATA XPG memory kit details the speed, timing, and voltage of the modules. You can see here the speed is DDR3 2133 and the timing is 10-11-11-30 and the voltage is 1.65v.
