The packaging of BX500 is about the same size as the actual SSD. After examining the packaging, I couldn’t find any information about the projected speeds of this unit. What I did find was the general SSD information and some of the use case examples.
Inside the box, I found a small booklet with general information about the product and liabilities. Warranty of BX line limited to 3 years from the time of purchase. The SSD was encased in a plastic mold. Removal of the SSD was easy and fast.
The design of the BX500 line is standard across capacities. As I have mentioned BX500 has 2.5″ form factor and to my surprise, I still couldn’t find performance data on either side of the SSD.
