Rosewill WolfAlloy Case Review: Fear The Claw
Do you remember your very first case? I sure do. I must have spent a whole week researching and trying to find the right distributor which would have it for the cheapest price. Back in early 2000’s there weren’t that many case manufacturers as there are now, so finding variety was a pain. A lot has changed in the past decade. The standards of what we used to call luxury and the variety of the cases out in the market right now is mind blowing. No matter how technology progresses, you never forget your first case. I will be looking at one of the newer beginner cases by Rosewill: The WolfAlloy. I should correct myself as there is nothing simple about this case. This particular case offers quite a number of features that would make a great build right out of the box. The Wolf Alloy is made from SPCC steel and completely black in color. So if your favorite color is black, you are in luck. In addition to a lightweight design, the WolfAlloy has plenty of room for a water cooling radiator and plenty of hard drive space. Let keep on digging deeper to see what else it has to offer.

Nothing is really special about the shipping box as its black and white and shows general information along with some pictures of the case inside. Inside of the box, I found the WolfAlloy secured in standard plastic foam that keeps the case in place while in transport. In addition to the plastic foam, the WolfAlloy is covered by a plastic bag to protect it from any accidental scratches during shipping.
Right from the first glance, I found that this case has a relatively large window on the side. Both window and the front bezel are covered with plastic wrap to prevent from accidental scratches. There aren’t many accessories that come with this case, only a bag of screws/zip ties and motherboard screws along with the WolfAlloy quick manual.
