Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 tablet secured by ViaSat for IL6 Top Secret level encryption

London, UK, 19th March, 2014 – Panasonic has teamed with ViaSat Inc. to offer IL2 to IL6 Top Secret level security encryption for its rugged Toughpad FZ-G1 tablet making it ideal for MOD and other security conscious markets, such as emergency services and the oil & gas industry.

Panasonic’s 10.1 inch, fully rugged and lightweight tablet is now available via partners with the option of a ViaSat Eclypt® encrypted hard drive. Eclypt® hard drives and Inline Media Encryptors are accredited and certified around the world for use by organisations including government agencies, military forces, education, healthcare and financial institutions to ensure premium data protection.
