Project ~ Venimus, Vidimus, Vicimus

Ok, I am Co-Leader of a UT/CS:S gaming clan and I have started a new project based on the clan logo and games we play. To be honest I am not sure just what direction this project will take lol. I am planning a simple low level project, but I never know one minute from the next what I might do.

 Description:

We all want the information we need right at our fingertips, and we want it now. What if you could get the latest weather report, your favorite forum updates, or all the RSS feeds you can handle on a portable display? The Pertelian X2040 LCD can do that and more.

 First Impression:

This box is probably one of the best that I have ever seen. With a multitude of characters and colors, it really catches your attention. The picture of the LCD display on the front is the only photo of the product itself, and as you can see it runs on a USB port.

The back of the box gives you a brief overview of what kind of information the LCD can display. It can show you stock prices, RSS feeds, eBay auctions, sports scores, music information, system information, and more.

The front of the box has a cover that opens up like a book, revealing yet more graphics to wow you. Unfortunately, the box does not give a lot of information about the LCD itself and what it really does. The descriptions on the back of the box just touches on what the Pertelian X2040 can do, but I think the reason they did this as it is not an "on shelf item" available at your local computer shop. Right now you will find it at online shops, and at these merchants, you will get more information about the Pertelian X2040 LCD to help you decide if this is something you want or need.

Here is all the information about the X2040 LCD from the Pertelian website.
